This table is a guide only. Quotations are given based on assignment settings etc.

Standard Bookings are bookings between the hours of 9am-5pm on weekdays.

Premium Bookings are bookings on evenings and weekends, short notice bookings (ie less than two working days notice)

Travel

Travel is charged at 45p per mile plus any parking or toll charges. (receipts will be provided)

Cancellations

Once the booking has been confirmed, cancellation fees will apply if cancelled by the client and are as follows:

·       7 days or less notice =                  Full Fee

·       8 to 14 days notice =                    Half Fee

·       15 or more days notice  =              No Fee

Please note that the Interpreter is not responsible should they be delayed or unable to attend the assignment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. sudden illness / accident / transport cancellation or delays).
